1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or registering for RAVERA 2026 ("the Event") organised by Animals With Humanity (AWH Bharat), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.

2. Ticket Purchase

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability.
• Tickets are sold exclusively through ticket.awhbharat.org. AWH Bharat is not responsible for tickets purchased through any other channel.
• Each ticket is valid for one (1) person for single entry to the Event.
• A booking confirmation and digital ticket with a unique QR code will be sent to the registered mobile number / email address upon successful payment.
• Tickets are non-transferable. Each ticket is linked to the registrant's details.

3. Entry & Conduct

• Valid photo ID may be required for entry alongside your ticket QR code.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe.
• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and the instructions of event staff and security personnel.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour of any kind will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety. AWH Bharat is not liable for personal injury or loss of property.

4. Photography & Recording

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such material may be used by AWH Bharat for promotional, educational, or social-media purposes without further compensation or notice.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation

• AWH Bharat reserves the right to change the event date, time, venue, or programme with reasonable notice.
• In the event of a full cancellation, registered attendees will be offered a refund as per the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• AWH Bharat is not liable for any indirect costs incurred by attendees (e.g., travel, accommodation) in the event of changes or cancellation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AWH Bharat's total liability arising out of or in connection with the Event shall not exceed the ticket price paid by the attendee.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
